On May 12, Mbelwa Kairuki, Tanzanian Ambassador to China, and his delegation paid an exchange-visit to CMIC.

Wang Weiguo, the Party Secretary and Chairman of CMIC, warmly welcomed the Ambassador Kairuki and his delegation. Wang introduced the company's business fields and market layouts to Ambassador Kairuki and his delegation in detail, and said that the company had great attention to the Tanzanian market, will widely expand its business field in Tanzania, strengthen business exchanges with Tanzania, and hope to get the support and help of the embassy.

Ambassador Kairuki expressed great pleasure in visiting to CMIC, praised the company's business ability and cooperation willingness to the Tanzanian market, and gave a detailed introduction to the Tanzanian market. He hoped to carry out all-around in-depth cooperation with CMIC through this exchange and realize mutual benefit and win-win situation. Lately, both sides had a detailed discussion and exchange on the development projects.

David Ngenilla, the Counsellor of Tanzania embassy in China; Jeffert Conzo, Secretary-General of the Tanzanian Chamber of Commerce in China; Li Guangyin, a member of the CPC CMIC Committee and Deputy General Manager of CMIC; Hu Jialing, General Manager of Guangdong CMIC, and relevant personnel of No.1 Engineering Department of CMIC attended the meeting.
